Low Flutes Summer Playing Challenge
June 25 – August 22, 2026
We invite you to participate with your low flute in a Playing Challenge for the summer through August 22nd! We will begin accepting completed challenge lists June 25th. You can choose any of the challenges at any time. Some challenges are quite simple and will take five minutes, others are more involved.
If you complete five challenges: send us your name, the five challenges that you completed and we will post your name and your completed challenges on our website. You will be invited to participate in the online Summer Celebration that will be held in September that will recognize those who took part in our challenge.
If you complete ten: send us your name and tell us which ten you completed. Your name and your completed challenges will be listed on our website. You will be invited to participate in the Summer Celebration and receive a copy of an arrangement of Ravel’s Bolero for any size solo low flute.
If you complete fifteen: you get all of the above, a copy of a movement of Vivaldi’s Winter Concerto for two low flutes PLUS a very cool official certificate recognizing you and your Summer Challenge accomplishments.
